This class is designed to connect mind and body through breath and by doing a variety of poses in a slow steady way to allow centering and then to settle into some yummy yin poses before savasana. The slow flow will be to warm up the body and the Yin is an excellent way to cool and calm the body and mind. Great for mental restoration and rejuvenation!
