Food historian and college educator Monica Stenzel is teaching this fun class on the history and creative art of making festive gingerbread treats. As the course is being offered at the start of the holiday season, let Monica help you and your friends get ready to make some unique holiday treats. Program includes cookies to decorate and enjoy from Spokane’s own Madeleine’s Café & Patisserie! Participants registering under 16 years-of-age must be accompanied by an adult.There is a 10% Registration Discount for Museum Members Using Their Member's Discount Code at Checkout. *Free parking available on the Museum's campus.
