Eastern philosophy and postures of Hatha Yoga guided by Rose Velasco meets the innovative western beats of Desert House Productions DJ Family! You don't want to miss this amazing event as Rose guides your body, mind and spirit into postures with long holds where you will find your edge then allow your breath and mind to settle into the beat of the music. This is a 90 minute class which includes the most delicious 15 minute sound savasana that body mind spirit has ever tasted! We will be turning off the coolers to make this a "naturally warm" yoga class as we build cleansing heat in the body. Please bring water and a towel and get an iced coffee or tea in the cafe' after class!
