Plumeria Society of South Texas’ Renee Brown will discuss tips on purchasing and raising these exotic tropical beauties, including wintering recommendations; and lead a tour of the Gardens & Nature Center’s Plumeria Garden & Willoughby Viewing Platform. Seminar will be held in Education Station classroom, 8545 S. Staples St. This seminar is usually packed, so make that call early!
