Stroke Survivor Support Club
After a stroke many physical and emotional changes occur; survivors face a unique set of disabilities and losses, and each copes with them in his or her own way. Our support group helps survivors and families make meaningful connections to create a new sense of empowerment. Our mission is to provide emotional support, education and resources in an atmosphere of compassion and acceptance.
