Summer “Camp” returns with Charles Busch’s comic tale of two Lesbian vampires locked in eternal conflict after the fall of the Biblical city of Sodom, and then continuing their follies through 1920s Broadway and 1980s Las Vegas. Presented by Columbus Immersive Theatre as a fund-raiser for Short North Stage.

"Costumes flashier than pinball machines, outrageous lines, awful puns, sinister innocence, harmless depravity - it's all here. And it is contagious; this kind of campy show that transforms everything it touches attracts audiences that could take over and finish the performance if the cast walked out in the middle."

This one-act laugh fest is coupled with another zany Busch comedy--"Sleeping Beauty or Coma"-- which takes place in the mod fashion world of London in the 60's. Based loosely on the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale, this wacky story follows Sebastian Lore,a flamboyant fashion designer in swinging mod London in the 1960s, and his protege, Rose, who he turns into a high-fashion model. When Rose abandons him, Sebastian takes his revenge by slipping a coma-inducing drug into Rose's drink. Twenty years later enter a handsome Prince, who of course, comes to the rescue.
