The Harold is the world-famous signature form of iO Theater (Chicago). The owners of The Nest spent most of their improv journeys learning, performing, and teaching this form while they lived in Chicago.

Originally an idea of famed improv icon Del Close, The Harold was known as an impossible form that was done mostly as an exercise for performers. Slowly and surely this form became possible and is performed in some semblance or another all around the world. So much so that the backbone of the form has been used in a lot of writing for sitcoms as well.
