Martin Scorsese's GOODFELLAS is the wry, violent story of Henry Hill (Ray Liotta), an aspiring criminal who ends up in witness protection after testifying against his former partners, Jimmy Conway (Robert De Niro) and Tommy De Vito (Joe Pesci). As a poor Irish-Italian growing up in 1950s New York City, Hill rises through the ranks of Brooklyn's organized crime branch and lives the good life, complete with a beautiful bride (Lorraine Bracco), a fancy house, and the best seats at the most exclusive restaurants. But when a botched robbery lands Henry in prison and leaves Jimmy and Tommy to kill off everyone else involved, Henry’s reckless infidelities and drug abuse damage his association with his adopted Mob “family.”
