Pineola is Americana; a melting pot of Country, R&B, Rock, and Folk. The five-piece band hails from Seattle, WA, but the members are all transplants from small American towns. They bring the Gulf Coast to the Pacific Coast, the Blue Mountains to the Olympic Range, the longleaf pine to the ponderosa.

The songs are written by lead singer Leslie Braly: snapshots documented in delicate layers. Leslie also plays acoustic guitar and is joined by John Owen - guitar, Josh Woods - bass, Dirk Lebsack - drums, and Ed Brooks - pedal steel.
