Experience guest conductor Andrew Litton, “…one of the most brilliant of American conductors.” (American Record Guide). Litton, music director of the New York City Ballet will thrill you with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4, typically nicknamed “Fate.” A fanfare with horns, bassoons and winds, that gives way to a more plaintive mood, only to be interrupted once again by a fanfare. Be sure to attend what Tchaikovsky described as, “Fate waking us from mere daydreams.”
