Doo wop girls? A gas happy dentist? A hungry plant? OH MY!! Must be none other than Alan Menken and Howard Ashman's hit musical, "Little Shop of Horrors." The story follows a down-on-its luck floral shop on Skid Row in the early 1960's. The shop reaches sudden success with the arrival of its new and unusual out-of-this-world plant, Audrey 2. Sounds like a happy story, right? Only thing is Audrey 2's diet is human blood, so Seymour must choose - feed the plant, keep the florist business a success and get the girl or destroy the plant and risk losing everything. One Stage Family Theatre presents "Little Shop of Horrors," featuring the familiar tunes like Skid Row, Somewhere That's Green, and Suddenly Seymour.
