to the myth of Core Exercise and NOT getting RESULTS. Dr. Aki is a former
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) who taught older
adults at nursing homes to professional athletes. The doctor will teach
you safe, evidence-based, and EFFECTIVE core exercises.
