One breath and one step at a time, on October 8th, 2017 the American Lung Association in Colorado (ALAC) and an anticipated 2000 Coloradans will run/walk through Red Rocks Park to take steps in our fight to prevent lung disease and promote lung health. While the park has been visited by many, the American Lung Association in Colorado’s Run the Rocks offers a course that few have had the opportunity to experience as it is the only event of its kind at Red Rocks Park and Ampitheatre. In addition to the 5K run/walk, we will be adding a 10K route this year in celebration of the 10th anniversary.
