The sometimes foot-stomping, somewhat heart-breaking, multiawardwinning Melbourne duo, Oh Pep! comprise of Olivia 'Liv' Hally and Pepita 'Pep' Emmerichs. Their new EP Living is out now through Star House Collective. Oh Pep! are currently in the middle of a North American tour that kicked off at Americana's in September where they were hailed as "Newest and Most Promising Artists" by NPR All Songs Considered. At CMJ they were picked by Jon Pareles of the New York Times as his "CMJ keepers" and KCRW's "11 Artists who stole the Fest". The band also recorded an NPR Tiny Desk, KEXP Session and Daytrotter session on the road. Their current single, The Race, hit #11 on CBC Radio 2 and has been featured on KEXP, NPR All Songs Considered, The Line of the Best Fit- Song of the Day, The Bluegrass Situation and Exclaim!. Not even 23 years of age, Oh Pep! have been awarded Young Folk Performer of the Year 2014 and two time nominees for Best Folk Roots by The Age Music Victoria Award 2014 & 2015 in their native Australia.
