Bring your stuffed animals and their kid caretakers to our 5th annual Teddy Bear Clinic on Saturday, August 25th, presented in partnership with Children’s Hospital Colorado. Families can walk around the Zoo to different stations where volunteers and staff will provide “medical” procedures for stuffed animals while educating young guests about healthy habits. Guests will also get the opportunity to learn about the excellent care zookeepers and veterinarians to provide the animals here at the Zoo and get to meet Elbert, the Zoo and Children’s Hospital Colorado’s mascot, at the Zoo’s Explore the Shore Play Area, Presented by Children’s Hospital Colorado.
