This fall, start your weekends with an exhilarating outdoor workout in the beautiful Dallas Arts District. This popular series of free Zumba, Yoga, and Popstar Choreography classes takes place in Sammons Park on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. Local Motion classes are always led by professional instructors and are a fun, healthy way to get fit before the holidays. Topo Chico, the popular sparkling mineral water, is now a presenting sponsor of Local Motion.
