Arts Fifth Avenue is honored to team with Fort Worth Opera to host “Words for Opera,” a free public workshop led by composer/librettist Rachel J. Peters, creator of Fort Worth Opera’s wickedly funny world premiere, COMPANIONSHIP.

This fascinating session with Ms. Peters gives you an insider’s look into the process of writing an original libretto (the text of an opera) and how to adapt works of literature for the stage. Following the presentation there will be a short Q&A session. If you are a musician, writer, teacher, student, or lover of opera and musical theater, we hope you will join us for this unique discussion.
