These are the ideas that loosely define the varied scenes and monologues in SceneShop's 22nd annual summer showcase, titled, "Someone You Know..." One scene involves an "infamous" figure, tied to local and national history. Another invokes cherished Hollywood memories, with a side dish of creepy. The dangerous legacy of a famous fictional character colors one zany work, while other pieces bring fame into memorable collision with the paranormal, and full-tilt insanity. In short, SceneShop promises another evening of variety and surprises.
