During this interactive workshop, museum educators break down and model visual literacy strategies, define shared authority and how it can work in the classroom, and demonstrate the value of infusing curriculum with images. Participants also learn about the educator and student programs at the Amon Carter and receive resources related to the museum’s collection and strategies offered.

Participants will receive two CPE hours in Fine Arts: Art—All Levels and Instructional Techniques—All Levels.
