THOUSANDS of people come through The Ritz during the event to view the altar display.
A fundraiser for The Ritz during Dia de los Muertos is with memorial cards. For a donation, a visitor can get a paper with a printed marigold and write a note to their past loved one and post it to the skirt of Katrina, the giant skeleton puppet in The Ritz. After tons of marigold cards are posted it looks like Katrina is sitting in a garden of marigolds!
Come visit The Ritz, view the altars and be part of History!
This may be the last time The Ritz is open for awhile since construction is starting in November on the roof!
