Kids Get Fit Expo
The expo will include demonstrations of what our Program is all about! Live demonstrations from our instructors in Yoga, Fitness, Mindfulness and Nutrition. ADULTS and KIDS are both allowed. Be sure to stay after the race to learn how we are making an impact in the community!
