Admission Price: Free
Food, music, family friendly entertainment, vintage shop, silent auction and raffle

The popular festival is a community favorite gastronomical delight. The food selection is the best of a Jewish Deli serving traditional favorites such as succulent brisket with kugel, savory cabbage rolls, split pea soup, matzah ball soup, corned beef sandwiches, Israeli tabouleh and assorted side dishes. Sunday brunch includes bagels and lox plates and blintzes. The pickle stand features sour pickles shipped from the Brooklyn Terminal Market - a popular station that always sells out! Be sure to visit the Sweet Shop offering traditional Jewish pastries like Strudel, Rugelach, Black & White Cookies and Challah bread along with cakes and cookies.

The Silent Auction will have a fantastic array of high end items from local retailers and many local restaurants. This year, the silent auction will be offered online so you may bid on items while in line to order your food, or from any location if you are not able to make the event by visiting a website TBA.

Don’t miss out on the $5/ ticket raffle featuring over $4000 in prizes and 10 chances to win. In addition to food and prizes, the festival also hosts a very popular Vintage Shop featuring gently used costume jewelry and name brand purses for sale. The Judaica Shop offers large selections of Judaica, mezuzzahs, candle holders, toys, books and kitschy t-shirts.

The event also has entertainment for all. Everybody’s favorite Klezmer Band, the Los Klezmeros will be performing Saturday night. Los Klezmeros is the "Hottest Yiddish band from Austin," they perform regularly at Zilker Park, I Heart Radio Country Music Festival, and many other Austin venues. Los Klezmeros offers traditional Jewish music from Europe and the Middle East. Plus, Val Dino, Illusionist and Magician and The Amazing Alec will be performing Saturday night. Mr. E. The Mystery Magic Clown will be performing Sunday with balloon artistry. Sunday will also include a Face Painting Artist.

Rabbi Ilan Emanuel will host tours of the sanctuary. The tours will include information about basic prayers, the Torah and highlight religious artifacts found within. For more information: Facebook.com/JewishFoodFestival
