Students will learn the basic strokes and theory to Zentangle and why it is referred to as Yoga for the Brain. Zentangle is mindful drawing where students learn to slow down and refocus by using easy drawing techniques. Zentangle has been helpful for people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, work stress, and just learning to relax and breathe. If you are bedridden, sit in waiting rooms, hospitals, or just bored, Zentangle can help. The benefits are endless. If you can write your name, you can do this.
